A NEW BEGINNING....

So this is it...I decided to create a blog to keep me honest...to sticking to what I need to, to change my life for the better.  I will regularly post my progress, some inspiration images to keep me motivated and share my experience.


REASONS
My best friend always says to me, why are you doing this? why do you want to lose weight?  There needs to be a specific "real" reason why you want to do it.  
So my reasons are:
1) To serve God longer
2) To improve my health, my immune system
3) To feel like a wife, a mother that meets the needs of my family on all levels


WEIGHT AND MEASUREMENTS
I will post my measurements up later tonight and some pictures.  For now, as at 1 August 2011, I weigh:  135.9kg
This is now my heaviest I have ever weighed.  On my wedding day I was in the early 90kgs.  At 17, I weighed 85kg.  Time to bring that number down!!!
My aim is to lose 50 - 60 kilos!

TIMEFRAME
My first deadline is the start of October, that is 8 weeks away.
My 2nd deadline is start of December.
My 3rd deadline is end of February.
My GOAL is GRADUATION!!!!


GOALS
I am going to post goals each week to focus on.  
Here are my goals this week:
Eating
1) No breads, rice at night
2) Drink water
Physical
3) Go to bed by 10.30pm
4) Exercise 3 times this week
Mentality
5) Stay focussed

Scripture to help me is:
1 Corinthians 10:31
"So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God"
